MegaCity release on Android, and New iOS & Flash Versions!

Hi Folks! I’m pleased to announce that MegaCity is now available for all Android devices (after a period of exclusivity to Sony phones). You can get it right here, right now:

Android app on Google Play

Along with this is an update for the iOS version of MegaCity which updates the game to run full screen on all iOS devices including iPad and iPhone 5. There are also some minor tweaks and improvements since the last version in there too- so check that out!

*AND* on top of this, there is also a shiny brand new flash version of the game! Updated to include all the recent improvements present on the latest updates since I released the original flash version back in March. Yes, I spoil you.

You might of noticed the swanky new trailer above too. This game has come a long way since it’s original release over a year ago- I’ve added a whole host of new features, completely re-made the graphics and re-did the sound effects TWICE! I think this may be the final update in terms of content– it’s time to move all the new ideas have into a sequel instead! If you want to see that happen, please tell your friends and help support the game, I can only keep making them if you keep supporting me. I’d like to say a big thankyou to all the fans of the game!

  1. Hope your game will be a success! I doubt the XBLIG version will get an update?

PS: The effect colour marker of builfings the Flash version is IMO way to bright and red and blue feels almost identical.

    1. Thanks 🙂 I want to update the xbox version but microsoft are being difficult and have decided to postpone my payment so I don’t really want to invest a lot of time into that right now. At least not until microsoft pay me.

  2. Hi, currently I am having big troubles with it on 4.2 (galaxy nexus) have not tested it on 4.2 on the Nexus 7 but will do so when I get to it. seems like some ANR.
adb shows libEGL error -> called unimplemented OpenGL ES API.
Although it will start after some time and I can play for a little while until the error from above returns.
