Q: My game has technical issues running on my system/device.
A: Let me know via the contact form. if it’s a widespread issue, chances are I’m already working on it. Be sure to include what version of the game and operating system you have, as well as your device.
Q: Are refunds available for your games?
A: In most cases, yes. I can’t issue refunds myself as my games are sold through third party stores like Google Play and iTunes, and refund requests have to go through them. Each have different refund policies, but if the game doesn’t work on your device for whatever reason, you should definitely be entitled to a refund.
Q: Will there be future content updates for MegaCity/Planet Wars?
A: In terms of new content, probably not. I’ve begun working on new projects. But I’ll continue to update my games until all reported bugs are fixed.
